ALL SPRING BREAK '96 PACKAGES WILL FEATURE THE FOLLOWING:

Accommodations: Our extensive list of outstanding accommodations will give you the perfect balance of quality and value. We choose our hotels using a variety of guidelines. We take into consideration what each hotel has to offer with regards to location, pool deck activities, condition of property, amenities, entertainment, and nightlife. All of our Spring Break accommodations are located directly on the beach with color TV, air conditioning, telephone, maid service, and pool with sun deck. All trips are 7 nights (except Daytona - February 19th for 6 nights).

Transportation: For International Destinations, round trip charter or scheduled air flights will be included in the package price. For our Spring Break '96 domestic destinations, we offer hotel only packages, as well as, round trip deluxe motor coach transportation from your campus to your Spring Break destination. We use only the finest buses available - equipped with washroom facilities, reclining seats, air conditioning, stereo and VCR's - giving you a comfortable and hassle free road trip. Buses travel straight through stopping only for food and fuel.

Pricing: We are committed to extremely competitive pricing - we realize college students have limited budgets. We will not be under sold. Inter-Campus Programs has developed the proper "formula" for our Spring Break '96 packages. This protects against the low budget operator using substandard components.... and against overpaying for vacations which do not bring any greater customer satisfaction.

Side Excursions: Optional side excursions are offered for sale to trip participants at nominal prices. Examples are as follows: Round trip transportation to Disney World/EPCOT Center & Universal Studios, Half Day deep sea fishing, Mexico trip, Party Ship sunset cruises or our famous (exclusive) PUB CRAWL!!!

Pool Deck Parties: Parties will be offered to trip participants throughout the week of their stay. Upon arrival they will be provided with a complete schedule of all parties, local promotions, concerts, discounts, and other activities. The following is a list of the minimum amount of materials and support that you will receive from Inter-Campus Programs to assist you with your marketing and sales campaign. NO OTHER COMPANY COMES NEAR THIS!!

Full size color posters advertising the trip components & prices along with space for your name, phone number, sign up times, etc. A minimum of 500 custom printed flyers. Your name, phone number, where to sign up, etc. (basically whatever you want us to print) will be custom printed on our neon colored paper for maximum exposure.

Camera ready artwork to place newspaper advertisements.

Four part professionally done reservation forms to assist in taking sign ups and organizing the trip. Miscellaneous color brochures on hotels, attractions, and the area you are promoting. All additional simple-to-use forms needed to stay organized. i.e. room assignment sheets, payment record sheets, deposit history forms, accounting sheets, etc. (re-orders of all materials are available). Trip information sheets to give to each participant when signing up, to answer all those repetitive questions. Business Reply Envelopes (NO postage necessary in the U.S.) to mail all reservations to Inter-Campus Programs. A comprehensive manual providing specifics on the best possible way of promoting and organizing your trip.

I.D. cards to identify your trip participants at the hotel, at Free pool deck parties and to take advantage of food, merchandise, and service discounts.

Arrival Guides to answer all those repetitive questions upon check-in as well as information on all the activities throughout the week.

FREE ROOM PACKAGES are based on 1 spot in a 4 per room occupancy hotel room or 1 spot in a maximum occupancy condominium. (most condominiums sleep 6)

The FREE ROOM PACKAGES mentioned above do not include round-trip motorcoach transportation. Therefore, you will receive 1 FREE MOTORCOACH SEAT for every 20 seats you sell.

If you are promoting more than one domestic destination, the number of paid reservations will be figured on a combined basis.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES (Cancun, Mazatlan, etc.)

For every 25 paid reservations, you will receive 1 FREE trip based on a 4 per room occupancy. + You will also receive a commission of $10.00 per person for all paid reservations.

NOTE: We do not pro-rate free trips. You must achieve the paid reservation levels stated to receive free trips and / or higher commission rates. FREE TRIPS have no cash value from Inter-Campus Programs -- they must be used, sold or given away by you, the campus representative.
