
MTV is returning to Sin City again in 2012 to throw one of the biggest parties of the year. MTV and tour operator Student City have teamed up this year and are sending one lucky winner and a friend on a VIP trip to MTV Spring Break in Vegas.

MTV's Headquarters Hotel during MTV's Spring Break last year, was the The Palms Casino Resort. The Palms Casino Resort is located on the west side of Interstate 15 about 1.3 miles off the strip.

During the MTV's Spring Break 2012 event, there will be concerts with Young Jeezy, Dev and the Wanted & celebrity pool parties on or around March 20, 2012 through on or around March 22, 2012

To Enter: Visit springbreak.mtvU.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTV Networks on Campus(MTVNOC) and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVNOC’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. Online entrants may enter as many times as they wish. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant.
All entries submitted in accordance with the Official Rules must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on January 29, 2012. All entries become the property of MTVN and will not be acknowledged or returned. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of Eligible Entries received.
Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend MTVNOC’s Spring Break, currently contemplated to take place on or around March 19, 2012 through on or around March 23, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major airport of Sponsors’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence to the Destination. Four (4) nights hotel accommodations based on double occupancy in Destination (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included).
